These terms govern your access to and use of the Items Solutions website, storefront, and services. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to them.

Use of the service

You may use our storefront to browse products and place orders for delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and not to misuse the service.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never store full card details on our servers. Cash on delivery is also available across KSA.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timeframes are estimates. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly to arrange a replacement or refund in line with consumer-protection regulations.
