We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to integrity, quality, and responsible business. This code sets out the standards we expect across our supply chain.
Integrity and compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, conduct business ethically, and refuse bribery and corruption in any form.
Product quality and safety
Goods must be authentic, correctly labelled, and meet all relevant safety and quality standards. We do not accept counterfeit or misrepresented products.
Labour and human rights
Suppliers must treat workers fairly, provide safe working conditions, and prohibit forced or child labour anywhere in their operations.
Environment
We expect suppliers to minimise environmental impact, manage waste responsibly, and continually improve the sustainability of their practices.
